Relationship Manager responsibilities:

Highland Cellular is a Telus Authorized Dealer with 9 Locations in Atlantic Canada. We pride ourselves in our world class Client experience and are looking to add to our Team. This position involves working closely with our existing clients to maximize retention and also look for opportunities. In this position you will also receive Leads from our digital marketing efforts with the expectation of Driving those customers to their closest Highland Cellular Location.

Compensation is hourly plus very attractive Commission Structure

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.


  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors


  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
