Kennedy Ford is growing again! We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Automotive technician to join our well established award winning team. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic service and repair technician with a drive for success and a true team player. Pay ranges from $24.00 - $37.00 based on experience. We also offer Higher pay rates for Diesel and EV/High Voltage. In addition we also incentivize our technicians with Bi-weekly production bonuses as well as bonuses for completed Ford E-learning and education. Qualifications:
- Have valid G driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance including complex electrical diagnostic procedures.
- Have working knowledge of shop equipment, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment and lift operation
- Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication, and problem solving skills
- Ford experience (will be preferred during application review process)
Job description:
- Road test, accurately diagnose and repair customer owned vehicles
- Perform regular service & maintenance based on Factory recommendations
- Perform Safety recalls, product updates and applicable warranty repairs
- Assist internal service department with Pre-delivery inspections, used vehicle reconditioning and get-ready accessories. (when available)
- Maintaining all qualifications and necessary product / service training
