Site Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets, in close coordination with the Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership, attention to quality, and full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and site crews
- Oversee ground-up ICI projects from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, materials, equipment, and site logistics for efficient operations
- Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and implement solutions to avoid delays
- Ensure quality control through inspections and adherence to project specifications
- Enforce Occupational Health & Safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth site execution
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 + years of construction experience with exposure to ground-up ICI projects
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Superintendent (asset)
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and COR-compliant environments
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced site conditions
- Hands-on construction background with strong decision-making ability
- Diploma or post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (asset)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation required
