Canada Orient Shipping (COSHIP) is a logistics and shipping company located in Coquitlam, BC. Since 2007, we have provided parcel delivery, international moving, commercial freight, customs, and warehouse services between Canada, Korea, and other international markets.
We are currently looking for a full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support team member to join our Vancouver headquarters.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for local pickup and delivery across Metro Vancouver using a company van. The role also includes basic logistics support such as airport cargo release assistance, shipment preparation, consolidation, and simple warehouse tasks.
Because many of our customers and internal operations involve Korean-speaking clients and Korea-related shipments, Korean communication skills are required for this position. Basic English communication skills are also required for daily workplace communication and simple customer interactions.
Main Duties
- Drive a company van for local pickup and delivery
- Communicate with Korean-speaking customers regarding pickup and delivery details
- Assist with airport cargo release when required
- Help with shipment preparation, consolidation, and basic warehouse tasks
- Load and unload parcels and cargo with proper care
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
- Korean communication skills required
- Basic English communication skills required
- Able to lift and handle cargo up to 30 kg when required
- Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or logistics experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Work Conditions
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: 1501 Hartley Ave., Coquitlam, BC
- Wage: $22–$26 per hour
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Wage review may be discussed after the probation period based on experience, performance, and work capability
