Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Curry Chef with experience in South Asian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern curry preparations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of curries and gravies following authentic South Asian recipes.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and improve menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Curry Chef.
- Expertise in Indian and/or South Asian cuisines.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
