Expereinced Line Cook
We are a family-based business serving traditional Mexican Fast-Food made Fresh. We are looking for an Experienced Line-Cook with a great attitude, positive energy and who enjoys working with people to join our team/ family. The position is part-time. Approx. 25-38 hours per week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items by preparing all orders making sure the correct amount and accuracy of each item and plate designed as per instructed by main Chef .
- Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the
restaurant.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
- Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation,
organizational skills.
- Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen.
- Perform all assigned duties with respect to sanitation, food handling, and deep cleaning requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Treating all customers with the utmost respect and courtesy
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Fast-Food service restaurant is desired
- Positive energy
- Organized and able to multi task
- Spanish Speaking is preferred but not necessary.
- Task-driven individual
- This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
