Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media / Graphic Designer / Brand Specialist to join our marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Design compelling graphics, banners, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding materials that align with company goals.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and social media best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Maintain Google Ads and other sources of lead gen.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and graphic design principles.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, SEO techniques, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data insights to refine marketing campaigns effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
