Olive & Co. is a new luxury spa, med spa, and wellness destination opening this December/January — and we are creating something truly special.
We are an RN-led, medically directed space designed to bring together advanced aesthetics, holistic health, skin health, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, and women’s wellness under one beautifully curated roof.

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Acupuncturist to join our growing wellness team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is excited to be part of a fresh, modern approach to women’s health and wellness. We are looking for someone who values client care, education, connection, collaboration, and an elevated treatment experience.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who wants to be part of something meaningful from the beginning — someone who is passionate about supporting women through various stages of life, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal changes, stress, skin health, and healthy aging.

Job Summary
The Acupuncturist will provide personalized acupuncture treatments based on each client’s health history, needs, goals, and areas of concern.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative women’s health model, working alongside an RN-led, medically directed team.
We are looking to work on a split commission structure, with details to be discussed based on experience, availability, scope of practice, and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess health history, wellness goals, concerns, and treatment needs
- Provide professional acupuncture treatments tailored to each client
- Support women through various stages of life, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal changes, stress, and menopause
- Develop personalized treatment plans using acupuncture principles and holistic wellness support
- Educate clients on acupuncture, treatment benefits, realistic expectations, and ongoing care recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress documentation
- Offer or support complementary services such as cosmetic acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, collagen induction-style treatments, and red light therapy where trained and appropriate
- Create a clean, safe, calm, and welcoming treatment environment
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards
- Collaborate with other wellness, aesthetic, and healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Contribute to a thoughtful, elevated, and supportive client experience
- Support client checkout and rebooking when needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Acupuncture certification, diploma, or degree from an accredited institution required
- Active registration and good standing with the appropriate provincial regulatory body required
- Professional liability insurance required
- Experience in women’s health, fertility, hormone support, pregnancy, or integrative wellness is highly desirable
- Experience in cosmetic acupuncture, facial rejuvenation acupuncture, or collagen induction-style treatments is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of acupuncture principles, anatomy, physiology, and client safety
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and client care skills
- Ability to create a safe, supportive, and calming environment for clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and client comfort
- Experience in a spa, wellness, clinical, or multidisciplinary setting is considered an asset
- Interest in women’s wellness, skincare, fertility, pregnancy support, hormone health, red light therapy, and collaborative care is considered an asset
- Willingness to learn and be trained in select skincare and wellness treatment options is considered an asset
