Growing Changes is an Edmonton based multidisciplinary therapy provider specializing in children with special needs looking for Occupational Therapist Contractors for part time basis.
POSITION AVAILABLE
The goal of the position is to provide intervention solutions through assessment and implementation for children with developmental needs. The solutions are meant to help strengthen families’ ability to promote their child’s healthy development and encourage their child’s participation in activities at home and in the community. Therapists will work directly with families in their home environment.
Occupational Therapist contractors report to the Director and assist in ensuring that the goals and objectives of the company are met with the highest of standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience working with children with development needs
· Licensed member with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and willingness to collaborate within a team environment
· Supply personal vehicle and able to drive within Edmonton and area region
· Ability to flex time as required
