Discount Tire is seeking a friendly, responsible, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our small but powerful team on an immediate basis.
Working as a previous tire technician with minimum of 6+ months experience is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT. Additional professional automotive experience and personal interest in the field is an asset.
As a Tire Technician, you will work alongside our skilled team that is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient service to our loyal clientele.
In summary, your role at Discount Tire would entail these core responsibilities:
- Inspect, mount, balance, and install tires on a range of vehicles
- Perform seasonal changeovers, tire repairs, and rotations
- Advise on tire condition and replacement needs
- Organize new and used tire inventory, including customer tire and wheel storage
- Maintain a clean and orderly workshop
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow or shine!)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals
Job Type: 1x Full-time Team Member
Starting Wage: $25 per hour, ranging up to $28 based on past experience.
