We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and help us keep our outstanding support and customer satisfaction levels!

This is a work from home position after a 1 week training period in the office.

Candidates must have experience in a similar role!

What You Need to Know...

  • Hours: 30 - 40 hours/ week
  • $20/h
  • Full 1 week of training provided at our office
  • You will need to provide your own laptop/computer
  • Will may be required to work weekends
  • All correspondence via email and social media platforms (no phone calls)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in a timely manner to email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
  • Answering incoming emails and messages and moderate social media comments on a daily basis.
  • Obtain and provide customers with product and service information as needed.
  • Escalates complex or difficult queries to the leadership team.
  • Deliver exemplary service through friendly and professional communications.

What You Need To Succeed...

  • Excellent English writing skills and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment in a rapidly growing company
  • Experience defusing frustrated customers and creating a positive interaction with the business
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
