About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing automotive dealership in Brantford is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who can build strong customer relationships, present financing and protection products effectively, and work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle financing and leasing solutions for customers.
- Present and sell finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Deliver a professional and transparent customer experience throughout the purchase process.
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
- Achieve and exceed performance goals related to product sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving performance and profitability targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- OMVIC certification is considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
