Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and personable Budtender /Delivery Driver who can confidently balance in-store retail responsibilities with independent delivery work.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, as well as in a team setting.
Looking for someone who takes initiative in driving sales and customer engagement.
Hours are based on store needs and employee performance.
This position is specifically for someone who can do the following:
- Work evenings, days and/or weekends
- Open and/or close the store efficiently
- Manage solo deliveries responsibly (coordinating routes)
- Handle a busy retail environment (300+ customers daily)
- Actively promote and drive customer sign-ups for the KushKlub app
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations
- Actively encourage customers to download the KushKlub app
- Be fully knowledgeable on all app features, promotions, loyalty benefits, and membership perks
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Pack and deliver customer orders in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Restock inventory and assist with merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Follow all cannabis retail compliance regulations & store guidelines
Requirements:
- Bubbly and welcoming personality
- Valid BC Driver’s License (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident handling cash and POS systems
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable promoting digital tools and meeting performance expectations related to app engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis retail experience
- Strong sales background
- Technology-forward mindset
- Multilingual skills are an asset
