Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or assistance with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and daily activities using computer-based record-keeping systems.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, meal times, and outdoor activities.
- Lead by example in promoting safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized learning environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable to support diverse communities.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer operation and classroom management software.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for planning activities and managing classroom routines efficiently.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and leadership presence.
