Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through precise testing, inspection, and data collection. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our products and supporting our commitment to quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using appropriate testing methods and tools.
- Utilize measurement instruments such as calipers and other precision tools to verify product specifications.
- Collect, record, and analyze data related to product quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across batches.
- Perform routine calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for review by quality management.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems and participate in internal audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment following safety protocols and industry standards.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality management principles within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in quality control techniques, inspection procedures, and analysis skills.
- Experience with QA/QC processes, including documentation and data collection.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers and other precision instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
