Job Summary
Bass Lake Roadhouse is seeking friendly, skilled professional servers to join our energetic hospitality team. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions accurately are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service
- Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and process cash and card payments
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Perform a high standard of table management.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous restaurant, bar, or food service experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems (such as Touch Bistro) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, tabs, and accurate transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures preferred
