Manages Faculty of Medicine Global Health Program activities, including three scholarship programs, international electives, pre-departure training, post-elective debriefing, the Global Health concentration and advisory committees. Develops and publicizes academic and placement opportunities for medical trainees and professors. Works with faculty leadership in areas of strategic alignment and operational efficiency, creating proposals, developing critical paths and ensuring successful implementation.
Undergraduate degree, preferably in global health, international development or a related discipline, and three years’ experience in a medical academic environment
Knowledge of global health-related activities
Experience with community organizations involved in medical education
Experience in project management, with knowledge of organizational efficiency and conflict resolution
Experience developing, interpreting and applying policies and procedures
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), student information systems, web-based curriculum tools, website maintenance tools and social media platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to discreetly handle information and maintain confidentiality
Bilingualism — French and English (spoken and written)

Temporary assignment or contract of 12 months, with possibility of renewal. Eligibility to benefits and union affiliation will be determined upon hiring.
