Mobile Marine is expanding our team of experienced technicians! We are looking for a skilled Marine Technician to join our professional and growing dealership in Huntsville. We specialize in sales and service of Bennington, Lund, Sylvan, Crownline, Scarab, Volvo, Yamaha Outboards, Mercury, and Mercruiser.

Dedicated staff to assist with:
- Moving boats in/out of service bays
- Shrink wrapping & seasonal prep
- Full service & parts team for seamless workflow
- Staff & Customer Appreciation Events
- A Strong Reputation for Quality Service & Repairs Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair inboard, outboard, and stern drive engines of all makes and models.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and test drives on boats.
- Assemble & rig new boats, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct seasonal maintenance, including summarization and winterization.
- Maintain detailed repair notes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in maintaining marina vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and work effectively within a team environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Marine Technician Experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
✔ Certifications in Mercury, Mercruiser, Volvo, or Yamaha (preferred but not required)
✔ Ability to Diagnose & Repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
✔ Valid Driver’s License (clean record)
✔Boating License (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Basic Computer Skills for using diagnostic software and accessing repair orders
✔ Strong Work Ethic & Accountability
✔ Willingness to Continue Training & Development
