We are looking for a focused, driven individual who can provide unparalleled service to our customers and fans around the world. As a part time resource on our Social Media and Customer Service team, you will provide support through our social media pages and customer service helpdesk after hours and on weekends. There is also an opportunity to work with our relationship management team using our social media accounts to engage with lifestyle influencers, media personalities and consumers This role will be performed remote from home.
The role will be focused on responding to comments and questions on cuddle+kind social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and responding to customer inquiries who reach out to our helpdesk.
Successful candidates will be passionate about delivering the highest quality customer experience from communications through to product purchase, and understand that customer service and social engagement needs to be the foundation of a social brand.
- Access to a computer, smartphone and high-speed internet
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
