About the Role:
Aldor Farms is seeking a reliable, motivated full-time employee to join our crew for the upcoming 2026 harvest season. If you love working outdoors, handling heavy machinery, and being part of a dedicated team, we want to hear from you!
While experienced candidates are preferred, we are fully willing to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Operate modern harvest equipment (combines, grain carts, etc.).
Haul and transport grain efficiently and safely.
Assist with general farm maintenance and daily operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience operating combines, grain carts, or hauling grain is a major plus, but not required.
License:
A Class 1A driver’s license is considered a strong asset (but is not a mandatory requirement).
