We are seeking a premium, high-energy International Event Specialist to join our team for our upcoming seasonal Asian exhibition tour, including major industry events in countries like Japan, South Korea, and China.
This is not a standard local promo gig. You will travel internationally, stay in top-tier business destinations, and act as the global face of our company at massive international trade shows, conferences, and networking summits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Representation: Host our interactive exhibition booths at high-profile international biotech conventions across Asia.
- Present Innovations: Clearly explain our biotechnology solutions using provided training materials, overcoming basic language barriers with high enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Cross-Cultural Engagement: Confidently approach, greet, and open dialogues with international scientists, investors, and industry executives.
- Lead Capture: Efficiently document and organize business contacts and leads generated during the events.
Requirements:
- Communication Superpower: Exceptional verbal communication skills. Professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory to represent our Montreal headquarters.
- Travel Ready: Must hold a valid Canadian passport (or required travel documents).
- Independence & Maturity: You must be highly reliable, adaptable to international time zones, and capable of navigating foreign transit and environments maturely.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in high-end brand representation, corporate events, flight hosting, or international hospitality.

Schedule:
