Overview:
True Lifestile Design is a custom millwork/cabinet shop located in Saskatoon, providing high quality interior design and millwork to homes and businesses across the province of Saskatchewan.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Shipper/Receiver to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. If you have experience in a warehouse or fabrication environment and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply. The candidate will work along the other shop team members to run an efficient shop and deliver a high-quality product.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform pickups and deliveries
- Wrap completed cabinets for delivery
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking materials
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in other areas of the shop including the fabrication and assembly of products according to specifications
- Operate forklift to move materials and products within the shop
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fabrication environment is preferred
- Has a class 5 drivers license, and a clean driving record
- Can drive a 1 tonne cube van
- Can read a tape measure, in both metric and imperial measurements
- Has excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Has own transportation
