Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Experience in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold safety standards and use cleaning equipment responsibly
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
- Prior experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of the cleaning routine
- Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach client locations on time
Pay: $15.19-$26.96 per hour
