Need A Bin Inc. is a Canadian company providing full-service hook lift disposal bin rentals, demolition services, material deliveries and junk removal. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Hook Lift Disposal Bin Truck Drivers to join our team. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable team players who take pride in delivering a positive customer experience.
Work Schedule
Full-Time: 4 Day Work Week, 10-12 hours/day
Part-Time: Flexible schedule based on availability; must be available to work 10-12 hours/day
General Responsibilities
- Operate and drive a hook lift disposal bin truck in a safe and professional manner
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment
- Deliver and retrieve disposal bins at residential, commercial, and construction sites using a hook-lift system
- Level, secure, and tarp bins to ensure loads are safe for transport
- Transport materials to designated disposal and recycling facilities while following all safety requirements
- Provide on-site junk removal services, including loading and removing unwanted materials from residential, commercial, and construction sites when required
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers during deliveries and pickups
- Accurately complete daily logbooks, vehicle inspections, and dispatch system requirements (including uploading weight slips and delivery photos)
- Operate in full compliance with all Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Environment regulations
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs on disposal bins to ensure they remain functional and presentable
- Ensure bins are clean and free of debris prior to delivery
- Assemble driveway protection
- Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years heavy vehicle driving experience (Letter of Experience required)
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
- Copy of current Driver’s Abstract required upon application
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- CSA-approved safety boots required

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
