Ramakko's is looking to hire an outgoing, dynamic individual with a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to share their knowledge.
As a retail associate you will be an essential part of creating an excellent customer experience.
You will:
- Need a love of the outdoors, apparel and gear. Knowledge and experience in one or more of our departments: fishing, camping & paddling, hunting, footwear & clothing, and cash. Valid PAL required for the Hunting Department.
- Listen, advise, and guide your customer to find the right product for their adventure.
- Grow your knowledge of our products and brands by participating in product training sessions and share that knowledge with the team and our customers
- Making your department and the store a place where it feels good to shop by lending a helping hand with upkeep, tidying, merchandising and restocking
- Work in team environment involving customers and employees to continually improve the way we do business
Staff are required to lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for long periods of time. Staff must be available to work day or weekend shifts with flexible shifts and hours.
