Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking indiviuals to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on diverse responsibilities. We’re looking for people both with and without prev landscape experience.
A valid class G drivers license would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and environments.
