Regal Security Inc. is seeking Full-Time Security Guards to join our team providing critical security services for a prominent hospital in North York. This is an excellent opportunity to use your security knowledge and experience in one of the most dynamic and vital environments in the industry.

Act as a liaison for the hospital by assisting patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Conduct regular patrols throughout the hospital property to ensure a safe and secure environment while enforcing property rules for all visitors and patients.

Monitor CCTV and access control systems.

Work closely with hospital staff, emergency responders, and management to support sensitive hospital operations, including:

Responding to code calls.
-
Monitoring patients under the legal care of the hospital.
-
Patient de-escalation and/or patient restraints.
-
Providing secure access to restricted areas (such as the morgue) while maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect.

Managing other critical incidents.
-
Respond to facility issues on the property, such as fire alarms, floods, and elevator entrapments.

Complete accurate reports and incident documentation.
-
Perform citizen’s arrests as required.

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.

Previous hospital or tactical security experience (preferred).

Previous Use of Force experience and/or certification (considered a strong asset).

Strong verbal and written communication and report-writing skills.

Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Full-time availability for afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
