Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account activities
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly
- Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent analysis skills for market research and customer needs assessment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to sales growth
