WHY WORK FOR SASKATOON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION?
Culture isn't a buzzword here - it’s a priority. We are intentionally building a workplace where great people can do meaningful work, support one another, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.
What does that look like?
- Know how to have fun - whether that's dressing up for Halloween, hosting a "Chipluck," or finding reasons to celebrate together.
- Make time for connection through team lunches, shared experiences, and the occasional surprise acoustic guitar performance.
- Celebrate milestones and achievements, from birthdays to professional and personal wins.
- Genuinely care about one another, checking in regularly and supporting each other through both successes and challenges.
- Work hard, treat each other well, and recognize that everyone brings a full life beyond work.
SCF values flexibility, belonging, accountability, and respect. They’re serious about their mission, but don't take themselves too seriously. They believe people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, connected, and like they truly belong.
They’re building a workplace that's ambitious, caring, a little quirky, and a lot of fun.
