The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), we are looking to hire an EDI Specialist to join the team.
The EDI Specialist will apply their expertise to work closely with internal and external stakeholders—across the institution and beyond—on a variety of initiatives to implement the EDI Strategy (2020-2025) and move the needle forward on making SAIT a more inclusive place to work and study.
The role is responsible for overseeing education and training programs, leading EDI-related working groups and subcommittees, building strategy and relationships, as well as drafting communications and making policy/procedure recommendations. The EDI Specialist thinks critically and exercises tact and diplomacy to meet others where they are at as a guide on their respective learning journeys.

Salary range: $58,000 - $76,000
Hours Per Week: 37.5
