Join Our MSP Team as a Sales Representative.
Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and opening new opportunities? We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative. to help grow our managed services client base.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and converting businesses that can benefit from our IT and managed service solutions. This is a commission-based position with performance bonuses, ideal for someone who thrives on results and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Identify client needs and business challenges through discovery conversations
- Present customized managed service solutions in collaboration with our technical team
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and manage the sales pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT or services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing technology solutions (training provided as needed)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-focused
- Strong follow-through and closing ability

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
