Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing overall productivity. This position requires excellent clerical skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to supervise front desk operations effectively.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, entry of all accounts receivables and payables including A/P payments and bank reconciliation .
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee payroll duties, including tracking time off and managing T4s, WSIB calculations and quarterly payments
- Assist in preparing reports and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support management with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
-Proficiency in using various office software programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
