Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for the position of General Labour. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment as needed
- Support assembly, packaging, or sorting processes in different departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and recording stock levels
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in general labour or manufacturing is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
