We are looking for a Media & Guest Experience Assistant to join our small and dynamic tourism team in Yellowknife.
This role combines guest services, content creation, and operational support for aurora and day tour experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Photo editing and delivery for guests (Lightroom / Photoshop preferred)
- Managing Google Drive photo archives and media organization
- Supporting YouTube and social media content production
- Designing brochures, itineraries, and sales materials
- Equipment and camera gear inventory management
- Assisting with aurora tour guest experience operations
- Supporting guest groups in Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese when required
- Winter clothing rental operations (seasonal)
- On-site coordination with media partners (broadcast/documentary crews)
- General administrative support as required
Requirements
- Interest in photography, video, or content creation
- Comfortable working in a team-based, remote northern environment
- Responsible and adaptable in a fast-paced seasonal tourism setting
- Basic knowledge of photo/video tools is an asset
Preferred Skills (Asset, Not Required)
- Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese language ability
- Photography or video editing experience
- Previous tourism or guest service experience

Availability:
