Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Professional to support our customers and sales team at our manufacturing facility in Calgary. This role is the connective tissue between our clients, our sales representatives, and our production floor—ensuring inquiries are answered promptly, orders move smoothly, and deliveries arrive when promised. It's ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and getting things done.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer support, fielding inquiries by phone and email and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Support the sales team by coordinating service scheduling and keeping orders moving through the pipeline.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders across production, shipping, and sales to keep customers informed and orders on track.
- Help schedule and coordinate deliveries, balancing customer needs with production and logistics timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests.
- Proactively communicate timelines, changes, and updates to customers and the sales team.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in window manufacturing, building products, or a related environment is a strong asset—but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an asset.
- A customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn our products and processes.
