Rebel Apparel is a fast-moving apparel manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and bold design. We're looking for a skilled Fabric Cutter / Garment Cutter to join our production team on a temporary basis.
What You'll Do
- Cut fabric according to patterns and specifications using manual cutting tools
- Read and interpret pattern layouts to minimize fabric waste
- Inspect fabric for flaws, grain alignment, and quality before cutting
- Maintain accurate cut counts and bundle garments for the sewing team
- Keep the cutting area clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a fabric cutter in an apparel or textile environment (REQUIRED - NOT A TRAINING ROLE)
- Familiarity with straight knives, band saws, die cutters, or automated cutting systems (required)
- Ability to read patterns and follow technical specifications (required)
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to hit the ground running
- Available immediately or on short notice
