About the Role
As a Returns Lead at GOFO, you'll own the returns process end to end — verifying return reasons, deciding case by case whether to reprocess or arrange redelivery, and keeping returned inventory moving accurately through the system. You'll spot patterns in return exceptions, drive process improvements, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks that could cost the operation. It's a detail-oriented, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-paced warehouse environment and leading a team to do the same.
