Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Representative with proven experience in HVAC, humidification systems, and portable air conditioning rentals. This role focuses on business development across Alberta, Manitoba, and British Columbia, targeting large-scale clients and building long-term strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial or technical sales, brings a network of established contacts, and thrives in a fast-growing, nationwide organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across Alberta, Manitoba, and British Columbia
- Identify and establish relationships with large-scale and key accounts in industrial and commercial sectors
- Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate new opportunities and expand market presence
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals, quotations, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of HVAC, humidification, and portable cooling solutions
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC, humidification, or equipment rentals
- Demonstrated success in large-scale or complex sales environments
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, particularly with enterprise-level accounts
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive results quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 per year
- Commission structure with expected total earnings of $120,000 – $150,000+
