Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including managing files, utilizing QuickBooks and a CRM & scheduling software (HouseCall Pro), and completing front desk responsibilities in an office setting.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments and managing customer records in an office environment.
- Place orders and receive deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office assistant or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Work space and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience working in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
