Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Equipment Technician to assist in the daily operations with our trusted partners and our Edmonton branch. As the Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for attending daily sites, completing moisture readings, installing equipment, maintaining equipment, and mitigation work. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and comfortable working at a controlled pace. This individual will also be asked to assist in an on call basis, and may be asked to attend jobsites out of town on a requested basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily warehouse operations of the Edmonton branch, customer service.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and safely, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure the availability of rental items, Maintain and Clean Equipment
- Monitor and report on branch inventory, including stock, on rental and other needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- IICRC Training is highly reviewed.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of equipment rental operations, inventory management, and safety standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Encircle and other relatable items
- Clean Criminal Record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Capabilities to include Physical Labour and Heavy lifting at times.
