We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team and help drive business growth while managing day-to-day office operations.
Position Overview
The Operations & Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting company operations, customer service, sales, and marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing multiple tasks, and contributing directly to business growth. This job requires traveling to multiple sites to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and send customer quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
- Schedule appointments, site visits, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records.
Permits & Municipal Coordination
- Prepare and submit permit applications to municipal authorities.
- Coordinate inspections and communicate with city officials when required.
- Track permit approvals and project compliance requirements.
Sales & Business Development
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
- Build relationships with property owners, builders, contractors, and developers.
- Assist in preparing proposals and securing new projects.
Marketing & Advertising
- Manage online advertising campaigns and social media marketing.
- Create and post content to promote company services.
- Research and implement new marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Sales or business development experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, irrigation, or municipal permit processes is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
