Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality education and care while promoting a love for learning in each child.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience for all students.
- Light cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, and organization of the center.
Requirements
- Level 1, 2 or 3 Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
- Applicant must be willing to obtain Level 1 Early Childhood course within 3 months of hire (free 52 hour online course)
- First Aid (paid for by employer upon hire)
- Clean criminal record check
