Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Concierge | Patient Experience Specialist at By The Lake Dental in Ajax, ON.
The Patient Concierge plays an important role in shaping the patient experience at our practice. As one of the first points of contact for patients, this role helps ensure every interaction is welcoming, organized, and professional.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient scheduling, managing front-office communications, assisting with patient inquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations. Working closely with our clinical team, the Patient Concierge helps create a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their visit.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a dental office environment is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Experience with appointment scheduling and front-office coordination
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on patient care and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Oryx or similar dental office software is an asset
Position Details
- Full-time position (up to 40 hours per week)
- Permanent role
- Must be available to work two Saturdays per month
- On-site position located in Ajax, ON
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
- Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus opportunity
