We’re looking for a Licensed Customer Care Representative to support our growing office and help deliver a great experience for new and existing clients.

About the Role
This role is focused on supporting and servicing new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with our team and insurance carriers.
You’ll be a key point of contact for clients who need help with their policies including:
· Policy changes and endorsements
· Billing questions and payments
· Renewals and coverage reviews
· Supporting the team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
· Keeping client records accurate and up to date in the CRM
· Handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients in a professional, friendly manner
· Identifying cross-sell opportunities or coverage gaps for follow-up
· Delivering consistent, high-quality customer care
We are looking for a team member who is:

Customer service experience is preferred.
A provincial insurance license is an asset, or willingness to obtain one.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in London.
What We Offer:
· Base Salary:$45.000 - $55,000
· Salary and bonus structure
· Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
