Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and dedicated 保姆 (nanny) to provide attentive, reliable, and nurturing support for children and their families. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and comfortable environment for children while assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, and light household tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and experienced in caregiving, with a passion for fostering positive development and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime rituals
- Maintain a clean and organized living space by performing light cleaning and tidying tasks
- Support children’s learning through teaching activities, playtime, and developmental exercises
- Accompany children on outings or activities as needed, ensuring their safety and engagement
- Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children’s progress and needs
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary requirements
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment for children
- Compassionate caregiving skills with a patient and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and support children's development
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
