Sales Manager (Growth & Partnerships) Responsibilities
What is exciting about the role?
• Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with property owners, commercial landlords, businesses, and institutions
• Build and manage a full sales pipeline from cold outreach through contract execution and onboarding
• Develop creative partnership structures, including revenue-sharing and long-term agreements
• Launch new markets and expand inventory across high-demand areas
• Lead negotiations with larger portfolio owners and strategic partners
• Contribute to the development of sales processes, outreach strategies, and scalable growth initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to maximize utilization and partner success
Sales Manager (Growth & Partnerships) Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account acquisition
• Proven success in a hunter-style sales environment with a track record of closing new business
• Experience within real estate, property management, technology, mobility, logistics, marketplace platforms, or B2B sales is considered an asset
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience building processes, territories, or sales strategies from the ground up is considered an asset
