Client Care Advisor
In the role of Client Care Advisor, you apply your demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an understanding of financial planning or loan/debt management to help people find their way back from debt.
To be successful in this role, you demonstrate the following experience, skills and credentials:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Canadian bank/financial institution
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Proven drive to work hard and succeed
- Post secondary education is an asset
- Insolvency experience is an asset
- Demonstrated communication skills to service customers
- Possess a solid understanding of most Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- A solid grasp of basic and intermediate math
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal with delicate and personal information in a confidential manner
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success; and
- A passion for helping people
