The Office Assistant is a flexible role that provides a back-up for our Office Managers in administration related to expenses, receiving and inventory. Typical career steps are to work in administration at head office or to become an office manager.
Responsibilities:
- Follows proper procedures and can train others (cashiers, gatehouse associates, receivers).
- Communicates with customers, vendors, head office accounting and associates to ensure paperwork is processed on time.
- Comfortable working all areas of Cash, able to Back up or cover cash areas as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.

This position is not ideal for students. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends for 40 hours per week.
