We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure all plant equipment and systems are running safely and efficiently close to Seba Beach, AB location.
Pay - Up to 110K
Shift - Days
Responsibilities:
Maintain mechanical and operational assets safely and efficiently.
Manage critical spare parts inventory with regular counts.
Track all maintenance and contractor work via the work order system.
Plan and execute site maintenance activities safely.
Monitor equipment reliability and resolve issues with operations.
Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and apply Root Cause Analysis.
Handle purchasing through the PO system and support assigned projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams to meet objectives.
Strong communication skills required
