Position:
We are hiring both a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead and Lawn Maintenance Labourers for part-time and full time positions, with the potential all year long and a salary in the winter season.
Job Type:
- Part-time to full-time, minimum 30 hours per week
- Potential for full-time and salary during the winter season
Wages:
- $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside crews to maintain lawns and landscapes. Must have experience with ride on mowers for crew leads
- Perform lawn maintenance , fall cleanups, spring cleanups, weed control, mulching, pruning, and other landscaping tasks
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is mandatory.
- Crew Lead must have experience supervising teams, leading projects, and have the ability to use all equipment necessary to perform tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Experience using trimmers, ride on mowers, aerators, power rakes, skid steers, snowrators etc are all an asset.
